The MediCordz Adjustable Wall Mount Kit includes wall mount, mounting hardware, two 3ft/90cm modular tubes, padded ankle strap and two handles. Interchangeable. Available in ten levels of resistance. One resistance per kit. The White resistance has 0.3 - 1.5 lbs of resistance. The Black resistance has 20 - 45 lbs of resistance.
