The AB900 is a durable and comfortable bike - its frame is commercial-grade structural steel - that is ideal for the rigors and hard use a multi-user environment dishes out. This classic design of a classic modality is specifically engineered for the commercial environment, but its compact size makes it suitable for a home gym. Air-driven resistance delivers a simultaneous upper and lower-body challenge, allowing the user to emphasize pushing and pulling or experience a total-body workout. The AB900 is designed to exceed expectations with a commercial grade 1/8" chain drive system, pedals that are wide and anti-skid and a seat that's a well-cushioned racing saddle. At 48"x 26" x 50", this space-efficient unit doesn't take up a lot of space and the battery powered console means there is no need for electricity. There are transport wheels integrated into the front floor support tube for ease of repositioning to the desired location, near an outlet or not. The bike has an easy-to-use LCD console that gives users all the information they need and want at their fingertips. Eight factory preset programs are offered against the unlimited resistance that comes from the 27", 9-blade fan. These programs include Quick start, Target time, Target distance, Target calories, Target heart rate, Interval 20-10, Interval 10-20 and Interval custom. Telemetric heart rate monitoring is also included to make workouts more effective. The AB900 has a 350 lb. weight capacity and comes with a fully illustrated assembly guide and instruction manual. Assembly is required. The console displays RPM, Calories burned, Time (elapsed or countdown), Distance traveled and Heart rate. Resistance matches the user's effort and accommodates upper-body only and total body exercise. The flat, platform-style pedals feature dual-sided molded pegs for an excellent grip. The seat adjusts up and down as well as fore and aft, accommodating users of all sizes. Easy to clean. Simply wipe down all areas in the sweat path with a damp cloth after each workout.
